I got this cute red and white stripe set from Revolve by Lovers + Friends, and it is the perfect little Summer set or vacation set! I love the pieces together, but I also loved the top and skirt separates so much by themselves, that I played around with styling different looks for each. I did everything from a dressier look for a date night to a super casual look perfect for a Summer BBQ! It also has me thinking some of these could be super cute looks for the Fourth of July!
There are two things that really make my day, one of them being a stop at Nordstrom, and two being when Nordstrom is having their Half Yearly sale, and I can get some amazing items on a discount! Nordstrom is one of my go to spots for shopping since they have EVERYTHING in one spot! It is so easy for me to run in and grab clothing, shoes, jewelry, makeup, home stuff, AND they have everything for men too.
I love lace tops at all times of the year, but especially for Spring! It is so easy to throw on a lace top to dress an outfit up, but I also like to dress it down for more of a casual, everyday look as well. There is just something about a pretty white lace top that is so pretty and girly, and makes me look forward to warmer temperatures. I bought this cute lace top when I was in Boston from Zara and am obsessed! I broke it out this weekend on Sunday when we had a gorgeous sunny and warm day and paired it with some of my favorite distressed shorts for a dressed down look to go grab some dinner with my husband! I can’t wait to style it so many more ways the rest of this Spring and Summer!
Hey y’all! Today is my birthday, so I thought it would be fun to share my birthday wish list! I have lots of fun Spring and Summer items on there, and some that are even great for Mother’s Day too! I am currently en route to Boston for a few days with my husband, and then on to Maine with my parents for my little brother’s physical therapy school graduation. It is so nice to get away for my birthday, and be able to spend it with family, and all be able to spend Mother’s Day together too! My husband, Matt, and I are celebrating our 6 years of marriage tomorrow, and we have definitely learned a lot, so I am sharing 6 lessons I have learned over the years today! First, to give a little back story, we have been together for a little over 13 years now, but married for 6, so we have quite the history and know each other better than anyone. We have had so much fun(sometimes too much since we literally are best friends!), lots of adventure and laughs over the years, but we are far from perfect.
