A Self-Care Hair Care Routine You Will Love

Self-Care is so important, and it is not something that a lot of people focus on these days with everything else happening in the world. My schedule is always go, go, go, so I look forward to any moment of self-care I can get! I have been using the Head & Shoulders Supreme line for a couple months now, and it is my favorite part of my self-care routine!

I started with the Head & Shoulders Supreme Shampoo and Conditioner in March, and recently added in a few more products from the line that I love! The whole collection has 10 new products! There are three in-shower pre wash products, three shampoo and conditioner collections, one conditioning mask, and three leave on treatment products, so you can customize your perfect hair care routine!

I added on the Supreme Detoxifying scalp pre-wash mask to help detoxify and really clean my scalp and hair to really get rid of any dirt and buildup. I then have started to use the Supreme Exfoliationg Supreme Exfoliating Scalp Scrub prior to shampooing to prep my scalp and hair to really get my hair clean and ready for the shampoo to do it’s magic! I use the Head & Shoulders Supreme Detox & Hydrate Shampoo and Conditioner twice a week and that combo has made my scalp so healthy! Plus, it smells like coconuts, so it is like a tropical paradise every time you shower! The last part of my hair care routine that I added on is the Supreme Soothing Leave On Scalp Cream after shampooing and conditioning and before I blow dry my hair. I just use a small dollop and really work it into my scalp to give it extra moisture. You can use it up to three times a day, on dry hair as well!

The results I have had after a couple months of using the Head & Shoulders Supreme line have been amazing! My scalp is so healthy and no longer dry or itchy, and my hair has looked and felt so much healthier! My husband started using it as well when I first tried it and he loves it as well! Another thing I love is that the whole line is free of phosphates, parabens, dyes, and pthalates, so you know you are not putting anything bad on your scalp and hair!
