I have come to frequent Target in the past year or so, and just recently started trying out some of their clothing! I know, I am WAY behind on trying their clothes! In years past, I would just shop their home decor, office/organization section, and sometimes their beauty section. I would always stroll past their clothing for the most part, except for occasionally grabbing a swimsuit or two. But, I went in the other week, and OMG, everything was SO CUTE! And so affordable! I love a good deal, but the Taurus in me will usually be drawn to the most expensive item in the store. What can I say? I have good taste! Needless to say, I was so excited when everything I was picking up was LESS THAN $20!! So, I bring you my recent Spring Target haul! I also shared on my Instagram and saved a whole try on haul on my Instagram stories.
I will be updating with the swimsuit try on from here on Friday! Also, if Target keeps coming out with super cute stuff like this, you can bet I will be doing more hauls in the future for fashion AND home!
Tie Dye Lover
Did you ever make tie dye tops when you were younger? These are like that, but look so much better and aren’t that huge, not flattering t shirt style like I made growing up. I was so excited when tie dye came back in style, and I am here for it! I have already worn this tie dye sweatshirt multiple times! It’s only $20, and long enough to cover your booty if you want to wear it with leggings like I did here. I also love this cute little tie dye crop thermal top paired with leggings for a cute gym/errand/lounging around the house look. Plus, it’s less than $10!
I also paired the tie dye crop top with my new favorite high waist shorts(sorry these are $59!), and love how it looks together! This, I would wear this hanging out on our deck on Summer nights or at the Lake.
I do have to take a second and talk about these shorts too(they are from Abercrombie), but they are the PERFECT high waist short! It has been a search hunting for a pair the past few seasons that actually FITS my waist and stays up for years, and I finally found that in this pair of shorts! I am wearing a size 24, and they fit true to size. These are seriously a must have if you are searching for some high waist denim shorts that are affordable!
I’ll Be There For You
I LOVE the show “Friends” and have probably watched the entire 10 seasons through more than 10 times! As soon as I saw this cute graphic t shirt, I had to have it! There are lots of other versions I have seen out there, but personally I think this is one of the cutest ones I have seen. It is SO SOFT too! It feels like those super soft jersey sheets, and it is only $12.99! I am wearing an XS here, and I would say it fits true to size. I tucked it in my new favorite shorts and paired my favorite ankle boot purchase from last year(on sale for under $100!), and it is the perfect casual Summer look. When it is still chillier than 80 degrees out like it is this time of year, I would throw on jeans instead or a cardigan or faux leather or suede jacket and call it a day!
Time Is On My Side
The Rolling Stones is one of my favorite classic rock bands, so this cute band t shirt was a must! It’s also only $12.99, so it is super affordable! And honestly one of the cuter band t shirts I have seen out there! I ended up getting a size Small in this since they were sold out of XS at the time, but I definitely could have sized down, so I would say it fits true to size. I’ll have Matt shrink it when he can though!
I paired it again with my new favorite shorts and a pair of combat boots for a cute, but slightly edgy rocker look. There are so many outfit combinations you could do with this though! I would also do a pair of black jeans, faux leather jacket, and some heels for a date night or concert, a faux leather mini and black ankle boots for a girls night out, or a leopard or satin midi or maxi skirt with a denim jacket and tennis shoes for a casual work environment.
Rocking Athleisure
This black cropped hoodie sweatshirt is so comfy and super soft on the inside! I could wear this all the time, and for only $18 it’s a steal! It does come in a few other colors as well. I paired it with some leggings for a cute gym, errand, or lounging around the house look. The shorts are back to pair with the hoodie for a casual Summer night at the lake look. This would be perfect for those chillier nights on the beach if you are going somewhere for Spring Break too!
L.A. Lady
This was actually the first piece of clothing I purchased at Target after seeing it all over the internet! Plus, L.A. is one of my favorite cities and it’s pink, so it was a no brainer. It’s on clearance right now for $14.80, and I am wearing an XS for reference. It is so soft with a fleece lining on the inside, and I am most likely wearing this to the airport for Matt and my early Saturday morning flight this weekend. Right now I would pair the sweatshirt with boyfriend jeans since it is still cooler outside. Once it is a bit warmer, I would put it with those high waisted shorts I love so much!
Time for Bed
This pajama set is the absolute softest material, and now I want every color and print they have! I have already worn this a few times as well! I love how you can easily mix and match the pieces with other items. You could pair the shorts with a sweatshirt or a cami, and the top with leggings or joggers. On another note, I love these fuzzy slippers and they are less than $15(from Amazon)!
Heading to the Beach
